inconsistent air conditioningslow towel delivery
i encountered a few issues . the air conditioning in my room was inconsistent, oscillating between too cold and not cold enough. this made it hard to get a comfortable sleep. also, i asked for an extra towel, but it took over an hour to arrive. i found the delay a bit inconvenient.

the reception supervisor was really kind. the location is convenient, close to the corniche and the red sea mall (i drove there in minutes). the hotel maintains a clean environment, which i found consistent throughout my stay.
The building felt somewhat old. A few updates could enhance the overall experience.

the gym provided necessary equipment for workouts, with treadmills and stationary bikes available. the pool area included about 20 loungers and a shaded section, helpful during sunny days. the breakfast area had views.

mr. mohammed katib offered assistance with requests from check-in to check-out. mr imran, the bellman, was helpful and cheerful whenever assistance was needed (always appreciated). maria, a staff member, proved very helpful to guests.
